This Limited Workmanship Warranty (“Warranty”) is granted by Godspeed Dynamics LLC. It pertains to work performed and the parts provided by Godspeed Dynamics LLC. The Warranty is designed to guarantee the quality of our work and to provide ease of mind to our clients, ensuring that we stand by the quality and durability of the services provided by us.
The warranty coverage will cover a period of 12 months/12,000 miles whatever comes first on repairs or 2 months/2,000 miles on oil and fluid changes. The coverage period begins on completion of the project and upon receipt of final payment by the customer.
This Warranty covers defects in workmanship, including faulty repairs and the use of under-par or defective parts. Defects are strictly defined as issues that stem from the labor or parts used during the repair process rather than natural weathering, wear and tear, or any other external factors.
Godspeed Dynamics LLC will either repair or replace the defective item(s) after an inspection at Godspeed Dynamics discretion.
Godspeed Dynamics LLC's responsibilities for defect, fault or failure to launch under this warranty are limited to a value not exceeding $8,000. For claims above this value, Godspeed Dynamics LLC will work with their business Insurance for coverage. Godspeed Dynamics LLC will not accept responsibility for:
Claims under warranty must include a detailed description of the issue and must be reported in writing. All warranty claims should be submitted directly to the owner at charles@gsdrepair.com as soon as possible.
The owner is responsible for providing regular maintenance and overall care to the vehicle. Any repairs or changes that need to be made during the warranty period must go through Godspeed Dynamics LLC; other professional services or self-performed work may void this warranty.
The warranty stipulated in this contract is explicitly non-transferable, meaning it cannot be passed on to a different party or individual. Moreover, the warranty's protection extends solely to the individual who is recognized as the original purchaser of the services that are being rendered by Godspeed Dynamics LLC.
Any disputes between Godspeed Dynamics LLC and the client will try to be resolved amicably. Everyone involved should try to reach a negotiated solution. If disputes can't be resolved, they may be put through formal dispute resolution processes, such as:
No agent, employee or representative of Godspeed Dynamics LLC has any authority to bind Godspeed Dynamics LLC to any affirmation, presentation or warranty concerning the work performed and Godspeed Dynamics LLC is not responsible for any such statements unless they are explicitly included in this warranty.
This Warranty is inclusive. Any warranty claims are not valid until all payments have been received in full by Godspeed Dynamics LLC. This Warranty supersedes any and all previous oral or written guarantees, warranties and representations.
